• How do I print info about a floor?

  

  On each product floor page, you will find a box in the bottom right hand corner of the large image. This box is label ‘Product Toolbox’. If you click on the label ‘Product Toolbox’, the toolbox will slide up.

  Click on ‘Print Product Sheet’ to open the product info box. Once the Product Info box is display just click the Print button in the pop up.

   

• I have a SKU or Part Number for a floor, how do I find more info on this floor?

  The flooring page contains a Search book that will allow you to search by SKU or Part Number.  You can get to the flooring or product page by clicking Flooring in the main menu.  If you see the term ‘Part# or Keyword(s) ‘in the search box you are on the right page. 

• I love the floor in the room scene image, how do I find out more about this floor?

  All pages with a room scene have a box in the bottom right hand corner of the image.  You can click on the words ‘About this Floor’, to show the info box.  This box give some information about the floor in photo, and has some text that states ‘Learn More >>’.  Click on the text ‘Learn More’, this will bring you to the floor product page with additional details about the floor.

• How do I get free floor samples and brochures?

  There are two methods to get free floor samples.  You can add a free sample to Scrapbook Shopping cart from the Product Toolbox, then place an order via your Scrapbook.  You can also drag and drop floors from your scrapbook into a shopping cart. 

    If you know the Part Number/SKU of the floor you are interested in, you can use the Free Samples link in the main menu.

   Brochures orders are available in the final step 3 of the Free Sample link or the final step of check in the scrapbook.  

• How do I sent info about a floor to a friend?

  On each product floor page, you will find a box in the bottom right hand corner of the large image. This box is label ‘Product Toolbox’. If you click on the label ‘Product Toolbox’, the toolbox will slide up.

  Click on ‘Email  A Friend’ to open the Email a Friend box. Fill in the information then click Submit. 

• Where can I find info on your latest products and promotions?

  Anderson Floors displays their latest products and promotions on the home page within a rotator.  Just click on an image in the rotator to find out more info on the new product and promotion.
